Saysike Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Saysike website, browser extensions, APIs, applications, software, and related services (collectively, the “Services”) operated by Saysike Limited (“Saysike”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

1. About Saysike

Saysike provides shopping-assistance tools designed to help users discover coupons, compare products, monitor pricing, and receive shopping-related alerts.

Certain client-side software components may be made available under open-source licenses, including the GNU Affero General Public License v3.0 (“AGPL”).

However, unless expressly stated otherwise:

• all backend systems,
• APIs,
• infrastructure,
• databases,
• merchant integrations,
• pricing systems,
• coupon aggregation systems,
• recommendation systems,
• analytics systems,
• operational tooling,
• and related technologies

remain proprietary and confidential property owned or controlled by Saysike Limited.

No ownership rights or licenses to proprietary systems are granted except where expressly stated in writing.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 (or 16 where applicable) years old to use the Services.

If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use the Services with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

You may not use the Services if:

• your use violates applicable laws or regulations;
• you have previously been suspended or prohibited from using the Services; or
• you are using the Services for unauthorized competitive analysis or commercial exploitation.

3. Accounts

Certain functionality may require an account.

You agree to:

• provide accurate information;
• maintain account security;
• maintain confidentiality of credentials;
• promptly notify us of unauthorized access; and
• accept responsibility for activities occurring under your account.

Authentication may be provided through third-party identity providers such as Google or Apple.

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts at our discretion where reasonably necessary to protect:

• the Services;
• infrastructure;
• merchants;
• affiliate systems;
• intellectual property;
• users; or
• legal interests.

4. Open Source Components

Certain portions of the browser extension may be licensed under the AGPL or other open-source licenses.

Your rights regarding those components are governed solely by the applicable open-source license.

However:

• open-source licensing applies only to the explicitly licensed client-side code;
• no open-source license grants rights to Saysike production infrastructure or APIs;
• no open-source license grants rights to backend source code, operational systems, or proprietary datasets;
• modified or forked clients are not authorized to access Saysike production systems unless expressly approved in writing.

Forking client-side software does not create any right to continued compatibility, support, or infrastructure access.

5. API Access Restrictions

Access to Saysike APIs is permitted solely through officially authorized Saysike software and services.

You may not:

• access APIs through unofficial, modified, automated, or reverse-engineered clients;
• discover or attempt to discover undocumented endpoints;
• circumvent authentication systems, access restrictions, or rate limits;
• use bots, scripts, crawlers, or automated systems against the APIs;
• scrape, mirror, replicate, cache, archive, or redistribute API responses at scale;
• interfere with infrastructure stability or availability;
• probe, scan, benchmark, or test vulnerabilities without authorization;
• impersonate official Saysike software or systems;
• commercially exploit API outputs or platform data;
• use the Services to build competing products, services, or datasets.

Unauthorized access automatically terminates any implied permission to use the Services.

We reserve the right to block:

• accounts,
• devices,
• IP addresses,
• API tokens,
• browser signatures,
• or software clients

at our discretion.

6. Data Extraction and AI Restrictions

You may not use the Services or associated data to:

• scrape or systematically extract information;
• create competing coupon, pricing, retailer, or shopping databases;
• train artificial intelligence or machine learning systems;
• perform large-scale data harvesting;
• reproduce substantial portions of platform data;
• conduct commercial benchmarking;
• generate derivative datasets.

Reasonable personal consumer use consistent with ordinary browsing activity is permitted.

7. Affiliate Relationships

Saysike may participate in affiliate programs and earn commissions from qualifying purchases or interactions with third-party merchants.

Affiliate relationships may include networks such as:

• AWIN;
• CJ Affiliate; and
• additional networks or merchant programs.

Saysike does not guarantee:

• availability of offers;
• coupon validity;
• retailer participation;
• pricing accuracy;
• savings amounts;
• or merchant inventory.

Affiliate relationships do not generally increase the price you pay.

8. Third-Party Retailers and Websites

Saysike is not a retailer, marketplace, reseller, payment processor, or fulfillment provider.

Transactions occur directly between users and third-party merchants.

We are not responsible for:

• products or services sold by retailers;
• retailer conduct;
• refunds or warranties;
• shipping or fulfillment;
• pricing errors;
• expired coupons;
• third-party content;
• or age-restricted/adult material available on third-party websites.

Your interactions with third-party websites are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

9. Browser Permissions and Functionality

The browser extension may require permissions necessary to:

• identify active websites or tabs;
• determine availability of shopping-related functionality;
• provide coupons, price comparisons, and alerts;
• enable authentication;
• improve functionality and reliability;
• and detect abuse or fraud.

You may stop such processing at any time by uninstalling the extension.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• violate applicable law;
• abuse affiliate systems;
• interfere with the Services;
• disrupt infrastructure;
• distribute malware;
• attempt unauthorized access;
• manipulate pricing or tracking systems;
• impersonate others;
• infringe intellectual property rights;
• use the Services fraudulently;
• or engage in harmful automated activity.

11. Intellectual Property

Except for open-source components expressly licensed otherwise, all rights, title, and interest in the Services remain owned by Saysike Limited or its licensors.

The following are protected by applicable intellectual property laws:

• Saysike branding;
• trademarks;
• logos;
• infrastructure;
• APIs;
• platform architecture;
• proprietary datasets;
• merchant integrations;
• operational systems;
• and software.

No implied licenses are granted.

12. Availability and Modifications

We may:

• modify,
• suspend,
• discontinue,
• restrict,
• or remove

all or part of the Services at any time without liability.

We do not guarantee:

• uninterrupted availability;
• continued retailer support;
• specific features;
• savings;
• uptime;
• compatibility;
• or error-free operation.

Features may be experimental, beta, limited, or region-specific.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SAYSIKE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING:

• MERCHANTABILITY;
• FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE;
• NON-INFRINGEMENT;
• ACCURACY;
• AVAILABILITY;
• SECURITY;
• OR RELIABILITY.

We do not guarantee:

• valid coupons;
• accurate pricing;
• successful purchases;
• retailer participation;
• or financial savings.

14. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SAYSIKE LIMITED SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• INDIRECT DAMAGES;
• INCIDENTAL DAMAGES;
• CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES;
• LOSS OF PROFITS;
• LOSS OF SAVINGS;
• LOSS OF DATA;
• BUSINESS INTERRUPTION;
• RETAILER DISPUTES;
• OR THIRD-PARTY WEBSITE CONDUCT.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED:

• £100 GBP; OR
• THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO SAYSIKE DURING THE PRECEDING 12 MONTHS,

WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

15. Enforcement and Remedies

We reserve the right to:

• investigate suspected violations;
• monitor usage patterns;
• implement technical protections;
• cooperate with law enforcement;
• and pursue legal remedies.

Violations may result in:

• suspension;
• termination;
• legal action;
• or permanent blocking from the Services.

16. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access immediately where reasonably necessary to:

• protect infrastructure;
• prevent abuse;
• enforce these Terms;
• comply with legal obligations;
• or protect users, merchants, or affiliates.

17. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by the Saysike Privacy Policy.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
